Welcome to ACCC 2022
Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Korean Society of Critical Care Medicine (KSCCM), I am pleased to invite you to attend the 42nd KSCCM Annual Congress and Acute Critical Care Conference (ACCC) 2022 which will be held May 6 to 7, 2022, at the HICO (Hwabaek International Convention Center) in Gyeongju, South Korea as form of hybrid meeting that combines both in-person and online conference.
For this year we are happy to announce you this congress is held in conjunction with the 1st KSCCM -TSCCM/TSECCM (Taiwan Society of Critical Care Medicine / Taiwan Society of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine) Joint Congress.
Under the theme of ‘Closing the gap’, we have put together numerous high-profile and internationally renowned sessions, plenary lectures, oral and poster presentation.
KSCCM has played a leading role in establishing a better critical care system in Korea and hopes that its annual meetings could add momentum to grow efforts by other Asian countries to enhance their critical care capacity. Thus, ACCC 2022 will be a wonderful platform for all participants from different countries to share ideas and experience in critical care medicine as well as to promote their opportunities for growth.
Through excellent scientific program and participation of prominent speakers, I believe the congress will be a satisfying memory for all participants.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to participants, speakers, and chairpersons. And my special thanks go to our sponsors and exhibitors. Also, I appreciate the dedication and support of KSCCM board members for this productive congress.
Once again, in anticipation of your continued cooperation and active participation in the upcoming event, I welcome all of you to the 42nd KSCCM Annual Congress and ACCC 2022 and look forward to seeing you in Gyeongju in May.
Yours Sincerely,
Sanghyun Kwak, MD, PhD
President of the Korean Society of Critical Care Medicine
